I am lucky enough to have some of the worlds best family and friends. They have been there for me during the hard times and all of the great times in life! However, I am willing to bet that at least 1/2 of them have struggled with the best way to talk to me about MS and how I am feeling at one time or another. I came across this quick article and I thought it was a great reminder of the things a person living with MS may struggle with hearing from the people closest to them. 💜
