A little bit of me…..

Hi!

I sat down to write a little about myself, something I have never done before. The most important thing that I want people to know right now…….MS does not and will not define me.  I am a photography and video editing enthusiast, love the small, beautiful things in life and laughing carelessly is one of my favorite things to do.
I love my supportive, handsome, funny husband more and more each day. He has shown me how to make even the worst days feel hopeful.  I have learned that everyday will not be perfect, I don’t expect that, but if you can find something wonderful in every day it is a start. I am surrounded by loving family and friends who make everyday easier and more enjoyable. And then I have my hilariously happy little angel. She is everything to me.  She can bring out every emotion possible with one look. I couldn’t love her more and I can’t wait to experience her future alongside of her.
I wanted to share a couple of my favorite quotes that I look at each day hanging in my home as a reminder of how special each day is:
Life isn’t about waiting for the storm to pass…its about learning to dance in the rain. Do one thing everyday that makes you happy. Be your own kind of beautiful. Be honest. Be kind. Be silly. And don’t take yourself too seriously and most importantly, one day at a time. Audrey Hepburn is quoted as saying “Nothing is impossible, the word itself says ‘I’m possible”. Important words to live by. I’m writing this blog to provide some positivity, humor and kindness to those who may feel helpless and scared of what the future may hold for your health. Perhaps it will brighten today. Or tomorrow.  You are strong and have so much more to define you than Multiple Sclerosis.
Be True to You.
